Orders & contract
By placing an order you make an offer to purchase the selected products. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are added at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment partners.
Product information
We sell new and certified refurbished smartphones and genuine mobile accessories. Refurbished devices are clearly labelled and tested before dispatch. Product images are for illustration; minor variations may occur.
Warranty
New devices carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 12–24 months). Refurbished devices and accessories sold by us are covered by a 12-month seller warranty.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death, personal injury, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our total liability is limited to the price of the product purchased.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
