Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to start a return
Email Contact@mobileaccessorieshouse.store or call +44 8000 588 694 with your order number. We'll send you return instructions and a returns address.
Condition of returned items
Items must be unused, in their original packaging and complete with all accessories. We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to cover any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault during the warranty period, contact us straight away. We'll arrange a free return, repair, replacement or refund as appropriate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Items we cannot refund
For hygiene reasons, in-ear headphones cannot be returned once unsealed unless faulty. Custom or personalised items are also non-returnable unless faulty.
